We've created 2 unique lessons for your school to deliver to pupils in the classroom.
Lesson 1 builds knowledge around where food comes from and the importance of the 5 food groups included on the Eatwell Guide.
Lesson 2 focuses on preparing a dish in class, following a delicious apetito recipe for your children to take home and enjoy.
Learning at Home
Alongside our school lesson plans, we've developed a parent's guide to nutrition.
Our parent's guide allows parents to continue educating children about the importance of food education at home, containing essential nutritional guidelines for children, along with five child-friendly recipes crafted by our talented in-house chefs, Phil & Jethro.
